It is our great pleasure to welcome each and every one of you to the upcoming 1st Petite Miss E’Ssence of the Caribbean Pageant. Your participation in this competition is a testament to your courage, confidence, and commitment to achieving your dreams.
We are thrilled to have such a diverse and talented group of individuals who will showcase their unique beauty, grace, and intelligence on stage. We believe that this pageant will not only be a platform to showcase your talent but also an opportunity for you to build lifelong relationships and memories.
As you prepare for the competition, please remember that the most important thing is to have fun, be yourself, and enjoy the experience. This is not just a competition but also a celebration of your individuality and strengths.

To ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all participants, please familiarize yourself with the following rules and regulations along with the application form to be filled out.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Contestants must be between the ages of 5-7 as of April 01, 2025.
- Provide a copy of your birth certificate and two photos: One full body and one headshot.
- Must be of Caribbean descent.
Must be born a female
Must be in good health and can participate fully and without limitations in any program activities.
Application and Entry:
All applications must be submitted by December 27 , 2025.
Applicants must provide accurate and complete personal information.
A non-refundable application fee of $50.00 is required upon submission of application
Each contestant understands the Entry Fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable:.
Code of Conduct:
- Contestants are expected to conduct themselves with respect, sportsmanship, and professionalism throughout the pageant process.
- Any form of derogatory language, discrimination, or harassment towards fellow contestants, organizers, or staff will not be tolerated.
- Any falsification of contestants status will result in disqualification without benefit of refund and any and all prizes received must be forfeited.
- Contestants are required to strictly adhere to the Beauty Pageant rules and regulations. And if any of these rules are broken by the contestants, the contestants understands that participation disqualification and title revocation will be the resulting resolution to the matter.
- Contestant must conduct themselves in a proper lady-like manner and show high moral standards.
** Should there be any problem of any kind during the pageant or related events; the contestant is to go to one of the directors or committee members. Any unruly, unsportsmanlike or unbecoming conduct by a Contestants or any member of her entourage, or any disregard for the rules and regulations of this pageant can and will result in immediate dismissal from further competition without refund.
Rehearsals/Activities:
A Chaperone/Pageant Coach WILL BE required to accompany and escort the contestants to rehearsals, training events and “ALL” pageant activities.
Photoshoot: A date to (TBA)
All contestants MUST attend ALL pageant rehearsals ON TIME.
All pageant rehearsals will be closed to anyone not participating in the pageant.
Contestants are required to attend ALL activities and arrive at SCHEDULED times.
No one will be allowed backstage on the date of the pageant other than pageant officials, contestants, and their chaperones that will assist the contestants with preparations.
Hair and Makeup:
Crème de La Crème Talent Unlimited, LLC will provide Make-Up and Hair Artist in the dressing area the day of the pageant.
Contestant should have their hair and make-up prep by their own stylist before the show and the Hair and Makeup Stylist that will be provided will just do the finishing touches.
Media and Publicity:
Contestants grant Crème de la Crème Talent Unlimited, LLC the right to use their name, likeness, photographs, and videos for promotional purposes.
Interviews and media interactions should be respectful and in alignment with the values of the pageant.
Rights and Responsibilities:
- Crème de La Crème reserves the right to add, change or delete any rules and regulations at any time without giving notice.
- Crème de La Crème reserves the right to change the date and location of the pageant.
- Contestants and their Chaperones agree to hold harmless all persons affiliated with the Petite Miss E’Ssence of the Caribbean Pageant in case of any loss or injury occurring during the entire pageant and preparation for the pageant.
Judging and Scoring:
- Judging criteria will include but are not limited to: poise, confidence, and modeling technique.

Withdrawal and Financial Responsibility Clause:
By submitting this application and entering my daughter into the Petite Miss E’Ssence of the Caribbean competition, I, the undersigned parent or guardian of the contestant, understand and agree to the following conditions regarding the withdrawal of my child from the competition:
Withdrawal After First Official Outing: Should I decide to withdraw my child from the competition after the first official outing and before the final show, I agree to reimburse Petite Miss E’Ssence of the Caribbean for all expenses incurred on behalf of my child. This includes, but is not limited to, any costs related to
- Costumes
- Accessories
- Administrative costs
- Any other expenses directly related to my child’s participation in the competition
Sponsor and Fundraiser Contributions: If my child is withdrawn after the first official outing, I also agree to return any monies raised through sponsors or fundraisers for my child’s participation. This includes
- Cash donations
- Sponsorships in kind
- Fundraising proceeds
Payment Terms: The reimbursement of expenses and return of sponsor/fundraiser contributions must be made within thirty (30) days of withdrawal. Failure to comply with this clause may result in legal action and/or additional charges as deemed necessary by the organizers of Petite Miss Essence of the Caribbean.
Acknowledgment: I have read, and agree to the terms and conditions stated in this Withdrawal and Financial Responsibility Clause. I understand the financial implications and agree to adhere to these terms.
Areas of Competition
- Each Contestant is required to participate in a Opening Number {Presentation}, Playtime Personality Wear, Sugar Plum Elegance Evening Wear, E’Ssence of the Island and Question and Answer.
Props Rule:
Props will only be allowed in the Talent Segment and must be made strictly from foam or cardboard for safety and easy handling.
- Contestant are responsible for their Playtime Personality Wear, Sugar Plum Elegance Evening Wear, and Talent Attire.

Presentation:
Each Contestant will introduce herself at the beginning of the pageant. This introduction serves as an opportunity to showcase her personality, and make a positive first impression on the judges and the audience. The presentation will focus on poise, diction & voice clarity, content of self and facial and body expressions.
Time Limit (2) mins.
Playtime Personality Wear
Each contestant will model an outfit that best represents her favorite hobby, activity, or playful theme. Examples may include ballet, sports, painting, gardening, music, or any activity that brings her joy. This segment allows the judges and audience to see each contestant’s personality come to life through fashion and creativity.
Guidelines:
Outfits should reflect a clear theme or hobby chosen by the contestant (e.g., ballerina, little artist, athlete, gardener).
Clothing should be age-appropriate, colorful, and playful, highlighting imagination and individuality.
Props or small accessories may be included to enhance the theme, as long as they are safe and easy to handle.
Hair and styling should complement the chosen theme while maintaining neatness and age-appropriateness.
Judging Criteria:
Creativity & Theme Representation – How well the outfit expresses the contestant’s chosen hobby or activity.
Confidence & Poise – Comfort and presence while modeling on stage.
Expression & Personality – Ability to showcase individuality and joy through fashion.
Age Appropriateness & Fun Factor – Keeping the presentation exciting, lighthearted, and suitable for the age group.
Music & Time Limit:
Contestants must provide their music and voiceovers for this segment one week before the show.
Time Limit: 3 minutes.
E’Ssence of the Island Treasure Showcase
Each contestant will present a meaningful treasure that represents the Caribbean island she is proudly representing, while also reflecting something she personally enjoys or connects with. This treasure may be a personal item, a creative piece she made, or a displayed item placed on stage. Through this segment, contestants will express their personality, creativity, and cultural pride in an age-appropriate and engaging way.
Guidelines:
Each contestant will present one island-inspired treasure that:
Represents the island she is representing
Reflects something she enjoys, values, or feels connected to
Treasures may include:
A cultural symbol or keepsake from the island
A handmade or decorated item inspired by the island
Artwork or a creative display reflecting island culture, colors, or traditions
A personal item connected to island life (nature, music, food, traditions, etc.)
Contestants will explain:
What the treasure is
How it represents the island
Why it is special to her
A short Creative Spark moment will follow, where the contestant expresses how the treasure makes her feel or demonstrates its significance through imagination or expression.
Items must be:
Age-appropriate
Safe and easy to manage
Non-messy and non-electronic
Judging Criteria:
Communication & Expression – Ability to share thoughts clearly and naturally
Creativity & Island Representation – Personal connection and cultural interpretation
Confidence & Comfort on Stage – Ease, presence, and engagement
Personality & Engagement – Authentic expression and interaction
Music Submission: Contestants must provide their music for this segment one week before the show.
Time Limit: 4 minutes.
Sugar Plum Elegance Evening Wear
Each contestant will model an evening gown inspired by the sweetness, innocence, and charm of youth. Gowns may feature pastel colors, playful tulle, satin, or light embellishments such as bows, sequins, or delicate sparkle. Outfits should remain modest and age-appropriate, reflecting the look of a little princess while introducing poise and elegance.
Guidelines:
Gowns should highlight youthful elegance with soft fabrics, gentle details, and modest cuts.
Colors may include pastels, jewel tones, or light shimmer to reflect the magic of childhood.
Accessories should remain simple and tasteful, enhancing the gown without overpowering it.
Hair should be styled neatly with age-appropriate adornments; makeup (if worn) should be minimal and natural.
Judging Criteria:
Charm & Innocence – Demonstrating youthful sweetness and grace.
Poise & Confidence – Ability to walk and present the gown with elegance.
Styling & Coordination – How well the gown, accessories, and overall look come together.
Stage Presence – Capturing attention with joy, personality, and fairytale-like elegance.
Music & Time Limit:
Contestants must provide their music and voiceovers for this segment one week before the show.
Time Limit: 4 minutes.
On-Stage Question
Questions will be asked aloud and each Contestants will have two minutes to answer. Contestants must be able to express herself clearly, diplomatically and must project personality at all times. The Contestants must be able to state her opinion in a positive, decisive manner. Attention is focused on articulation, quality of response, ability to think on her feet, charisma, confidence and personality.
Time Limit 2 Mins
Voting Segment: Miss Popularity
Each contestant will have the opportunity to sell votes for the title of Miss Popularity. To qualify, each contestant must sell a minimum of $75.00 worth of votes.
- Voting Fee: $3.00 per vote. Supporters may vote as many times as they wish through the official voting app (TBA).
- Voting Period: Dates (TBA). Votes outside this period will not be counted or refunded.
- All Sales Final: No refunds or exchanges after payment is processed.
- Code of Conduct: Contestants and supporters must maintain respect and fair play. Any unethical practices may result in disqualification.
- Results: Announced during the Petite Miss E’Ssence of the Caribbean Pageant. The contestant with the highest number of valid votes will be crowned Miss Popularity.
- Final Decisions: All decisions by the organizers regarding voting, disqualifications, and awards are final.
